- The service is an arithmetic aid for the Ogden Tables (8th edition). It does not give legal or actuarial advice. Selection of table, discount rate, life expectancy, retirement age and any reduction factor is the user's responsibility.
- Results should be checked against the printed Tables; the bracketing printed values are shown for that purpose.
- One subscription is for one named user. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
- Governing law: England and Wales.
Privacy

- Account data held: email address, password hash, subscription status and dates.
- Payments are taken by Stripe; card details are never received or stored by this service.
- Calculation inputs (dates, sex, rate, ages) are processed to return results and are not stored.
- No analytics cookies; a session cookie is used for sign-in only.
- Requests concerning personal data: via the contact details on the account page.
