We never sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the service, each bound by contract to protect it and use it only on our instructions:

We use schedule data only to provide the service: to store it, calculate from it and generate the documents you ask for. We do not use it for anything else, we do not use it to train any model, and we do not sell it.

We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets (with appropriate safeguards). Our current list of sub-processors, with their purpose, location and transfer safeguards, is published in full.

7. International transfers

We aim to keep personal data within the UK or European Economic Area. The service and its database are hosted in Germany. 8. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary:

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS on every connection, enforced by HSTS), a strict Content Security Policy, access scoped to each account, sign-in and session tokens stored only in hashed form, and per-IP rate limiting. Payment card data never reaches our servers. No system is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you and the ICO of a personal data breach where we are legally required to do so.

10. Your rights

Subject to certain conditions, you have the right to:
